These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Nupafeed France website, whether by private individuals (B2C) or professionals (B2B).

3. Products
Nupafeed products are equine nutritional supplements / nutraceuticals, intended exclusively for horses.
Our products are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They should be used as part of a balanced diet and appropriate management programme.
Product descriptions and information are provided for guidance only and do not replace professional veterinary advice.
4. Orders
Orders are placed online via the website. Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, a confirmation email will be sent.

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with French law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within 14 days.
